Being licensed since 1978 and currently with Coldwell Banker/Danforth I possess the expertise to get the job done and done correctly. In my 30 plus years in real estate I have, on more than one occasion been through the ups and downs that characterize the real estate industry of today. My experience during these challenging times has given me the knowledge and tools to be able to handle even the most difficult of transactions.

Valuing the diversity of Seattle and all of its exciting neighborhoods, I specialize in knowing and understanding those neighborhoods and the many things that each has to offer.
